Las Ventanas HomesAlbuquerque, NM | Full-Time | Field-Based with Some Office WorkPay: $60,000-$70,000 per year<h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">About the Position</h2>Las Ventanas Homes is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our residential construction team throughout the Albuquerque area.You will work closely with our Field Superintendents, helping coordinate day-to-day construction activities, monitor jobsite progress, complete quality checks, and keep projects moving forward.This is a great opportunity for someone with residential construction experience who wants to develop into a Field Superintendent or Project Manager.<h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Support Field Superintendents across multiple residential projects.</li><li>Visit active jobsites and monitor construction progress.</li><li>Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries.</li><li>Assist with project schedules, documentation, and daily updates.</li><li>Review work for quality and compliance with plans and specifications.</li><li>Identify incomplete or deficient work and help coordinate corrections.</li><li>Assist with punch lists and project closeout.</li><li>Track materials and help confirm they are available when needed.</li><li>Maintain organized project files and jobsite records.</li><li>Communicate professionally with subcontractors, clients, and team members.</li><li>Help keep jobsites clean, safe, organized, and ready for upcoming work.</li></ul><h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Residential construction experience is preferred.</li><li>Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Project Coordinator, Lead Carpenter, Construction Technician, or similar role is a plus.</li><li>General understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing.</li><li>Ability to read construction plans and specifications.</li><li>Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.</li><li>Ability to manage changing priorities across multiple jobsites.</li><li>Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, and project-management software.</li><li>Buildertrend experience is preferred.</li><li>English and Spanish communication skills are a plus.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>Reliable personal transportation is required for travel between jobsites.</li></ul><h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">Benefits</h2><ul><li>Salary of $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience.</li><li>Partial employer-paid health insurance.</li><li>401(k) program with employer matching.</li><li>Vehicle mileage and gas reimbursement for jobsite travel.</li><li>Training and professional development.</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a Field Superintendent or Project Manager position.</li><li>Consistent work with an established residential homebuilder.</li></ul><h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">Work Location</h2>This is a field-based position with some office responsibilities.
